All rooms reserved for ICES have been sold out and we have closed the hotel booking. Tour tickets can be booked on-site (subject to availability)

Once in Helsinki, why not take a guided tour with some other ICES participants and spouses to see a little bit more of the city and the surroundings? To ensure your ticket, we recommend you to book in advance using the on-line reservation form. Some Helsinki tours can be booked on-site, too, however they will be subject to availability.

In case you have not reserved the accommodation yet, please do it as soon as possible. It will be very busy time in Helsinki when the conference takes place. In the ICES quota some hotels are already fully booked.
